1. Delivery times The total time it takes to receive your order is divided into two main phases:

Production time (2–5 business days, Monday to Friday): Every piece is sewn to order. This includes production, quality control, packing and preparation for shipment.

Delivery time (7–12 business days): This is the estimated time your parcel takes from the workshop to your delivery address, with full tracking all the way.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, remote locations or high shipping volumes. Although we do everything we can to deliver within these time frames, the estimates depend on third-party carriers and logistics services.

2. Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

3. Incorrect delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct and complete. To ensure smooth delivery, we strongly recommend providing a phone number. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must cover the cost of re-shipping.
